Class Reservations & Cancellations

• All classes must be booked in advance through Wellness Living, our booking platform. Walk-ins are not guaranteed a spot in class.

•   If you need to cancel a class, please do so at least 12 hours before class start time to avoid a late cancellation fee or losing a class credit.

•   Clients who cancel within 12 hours of class start time will be charged a late cancellation fee of $15.

•   No-shows will lose the class credit. No refunds are allowed.

Waitlist

• There will be a class wait list; if you make it into the class you will be notified via text and/or email.

• If you are no longer able to attend the class and you're on the waitlist, please remove yourself from the list to avoid any charges.

Late Arrivals

• Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late will not be allowed to join to avoid class disruptions and for your own safety.

•   If you are running late, please call or message us as a courtesy.

Class Packs

• All class packs are non-transferable and non-refundable.

• Class packs must be used within their expiration period (1 month from purchase date).

Can I record during class?

• Yes, we just ask that you are mindful of others and instructors asked to not have the full flow of the class posted.

Studio Etiquette

• No shoes are allowed inside the class area, please remove shoes before entering.

• Wipe down your mat and any used props after class with the provided cleaning supplies.​

• Be kind, inclusive, and encouraging —Pilates Porfavor is a safe space for all!

Health & Safety

• If you are feeling ill, please do not attend class.
  We reserve the right to turn away clients showing signs of illness.

•   If you have an injury or a medical condition, inform the instructor before class so they can provide modifications.
  Pregnant clients should consult with their doctor before attending class and notify the instructor for modifications.

Refund & Payment Policy

• All purchases, including class packs and merchandise, are final sale and non-refundable.
  No refunds or exceptions for missed classes.

• In the case of emergency studio closures, class credits may be extended at our discretion.
